Dr. Amabel Viniegra-Sibal is a compassionate pediatrician with decades of knowledge and experience. She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines and had received her medical degree from the University of the East—Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. Prior to starting residency in the United States, she was a research fellow of the Contraceptive Research and Development Program (CONRAD) at the Eastern Virginia Medical School. She went on to complete a residency in pediatrics at the Medical College of Virginia. Afterwards, she joined the Southside Pediatric Regional Medical Center in Colonial Heights from 1996 to 2003. She fulfilled her lifelong dream of opening her own independent practice, Virginia Pediatrics, in 2004.
Outside of the office, Dr. Sibal enjoys spending time with her husband and children and traveling to different places around the world.
